All orders over £100 inc VAT will be delivered FREE

IMPORTANT NOTICE: We are unable to deliver Kayaks these must be collected from our store. Please contact us to make arrangements.

How long will it take?

We aim to have your item/s delivered within 48 hours, however if the item has to be ordered in you will be given notice as to when it will be delivered. 

All items will need signing for on delivery. Please advise us of your contact number.

Non UK deliveries

Please note that we can only accept orders for delivery to UK addresses.

VAT

All items are show inclusive of UK sales tax of 15%

Guarantees

New goods bought through our online store will be covered by a manufacturers guarantee; this will be a minimum of 1 year from the date of purchase. Goods with a longer guarantee period will often be mentioned in the product description.

Returning an item

Please contact us first before returning an item. If an item is faulty we will arrange a replacement or a refund if it is no longer available. Refunds under other circumstances will be made at the discretion of Beach Rock Leisure, and may be subject to a restocking charge, postage costs will not be refunded.
